Theater Le Homme Dieu seeks experienced professional to give leadership to positioning the theater as a vital theater resource in Minnesota. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic leader to shape the vision and direction of a well-known, summer gem and work in creative partnerships with a range of organizations. ED leads, directs, and coordinates activities of the TLHD in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Board of Directors and articulated through its strategic plan.

Min. 4 year degree in communications, public relations or business administration required; MFA preferred. 3-5 years related experience including media relations, fundraising and management. Strong written, oral, interpersonal skills. Creative leadership position, friendly environment, flexible schedule, competitive compensation.
