DISCOUNTS…
Group discount
10-19: No Ticketing fees (savings of 10%)
20-39: No ticketing fees plus additional $1 off per ticket (savings of 12%)
40+: No ticketing fees plus additional $2 off per ticket (savings of 15%)
STUDENT PRICING…
Enjoy student pricing for select shows. Look for student pricing options at check out or check Theatre L’ Homme Dieu’s website, Facebook or Instagram page for discount code to apply at checkout.
HOUSE GUIDELINES…
House will generally open 30 minutes prior to the event start time
Taking unauthorized videos or photos is prohibited unless announced otherwise
Outside food and beverage is not permitted into facility unless purchased from TLHD concessions
For reserved seating events, please do not relocate to other seats unless instructed by usher or TLHD staff
All patrons require a ticket, regardless of age
ACCESSIBILITY…

REFUNDS…
All tickets sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Patrons who are unable to attend a performance may turn in unused tickets prior to the event date for a charitable donation receipt.
EXCHANGES…
Exchanges are not allowed between different events. In instance of multi-days for the same event, patrons can exchange tickets to a different day by paying $5.00 exchange fee with help from TLHD box office.
CANCELATIONS…
Extraordinary circumstances may cause an event to be canceled or rescheduled. Change alerts are emailed to all ticket holders and posted on our website and social media. In this rare occurrence ticket holders may choose to donate their tickets back to TLHD for a charitable donation receipt OR may choose to have value of the tickets remain in their TLHD account for a future show. No cash / credit card refunds will be issued. Thank you for understanding.
