In the spirit of bringing our strategic vision to life, we are diving headfirst into the development of a comprehensive master plan for facilities. This phase, intricately woven with the vision, values, and priorities identified in our strategic growth plan, will serve as the blueprint guiding the evolution of our physical space to harmonize with our programming aspirations.

This crucial phase will meticulously determine the facilities plan required to fully support and enhance our diverse programming. The master plan, facilitated by ORB Management, will encompass key elements such as programming logistics, financial management, site and property considerations, and the overall facilities infrastructure needed to bring our strategic vision to fruition.

We're happy to report the master planning process is underway! In 2023 we cultivated relationships with experts in facilities planning, including ORB Management, who officially began managing our project at the end of our theatre season. Our commitment to honor our history is evident, as historical restoration experts are nearing the completion of a comprehensive conditions assessment of our oldest buildings. Their findings will be pivotal in guiding our decisions.
